From: Jim in Cleveland on 22 Jun 2010 11:08 We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003/2007 mix in a 2008 domain. When someone tries to open an https link that is in their outlook mail, they are prompted for a username and password. After typing the correct username/password, it keeps bouncing back to the login screen. It acts like the credentials are incorrect. We have tried this on multiple users with the same results. Is there an Exchange setting that I am overlooking? It just will not let us open up https links!! Please advise! Jim

Where is the https link going too? Its hard to troubleshoot issue if you do not know where you are going in this link. -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2010 Microsoft Certified Partner "Jim in Cleveland" <JiminCleveland(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8728C046-A36F-4FCB-9492-D8BCFAD0FDB5(a)microsoft.com... > We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003/2007 mix in a 2008 domain. > When > someone tries to open an https link that is in their outlook mail, they > are > prompted for a username and password.
