Yes, I'm sure you've got your excuses as to why it was you felt it
appropriate to behave inappropriately in this newsgroup. Most loonies
do have their `reasons' prepared.

You need to learn to recognise your own defective thinking as a first
step back to mental health.

The fact that the only post you thought to make was one made to insult
me on a newsgroup meant for technical discussions: the relevant point is
that whatever emotional problem caused you to `need' to insult me again,
that emotional problem drove you into behaving inappropriately.

You need to work on getting your obsessive compulsion to insult me under
control.

It's unhealthy, and you can get treatment for your OCD these days, just
see your GP for some tablets.
