Without any information on your related experience (if any) and/or what
level of interaction with an "instructor" you require, it's impossible to
answer your question. You also don't mention if you are willing to *pay* for
this training.

If I were to assume that you are an absolute beginner, willing to work
independently and want "free", then beginning tutorials available at
msdn.misrosoft.com might be what you want. If you have other programming
experience, these beginner tutorials may bore you. If you require
interaction with an instructor, I might suggest online courses available
from a local community college or technical center. Etc., etc.,

So, give us something to work with for more useful responses.
