From: Positive Trish Positive on 11 Apr 2010 05:02 I lost an importnat email folder yesterday, I use POP3 and Windows Vista. I have checked and it has not dropped into another folder. How do I retrieve it? Can you give me a step by step as not very tech savvie. Thanks
From: DL on 11 Apr 2010 06:34 Either you inadvertently moved it to another location or you permanently deleted it, in which case its lost. Presumably you have no data backup "Positive Trish" <Positive Trish(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A7AE8A0A-72C9-498E-9658-7BD94F0362C3(a)microsoft.com... > I lost an importnat email folder yesterday, I use POP3 and Windows Vista. > I > have checked and it has not dropped into another folder. Can you give me a step by step as not very tech savvie. Thanks If the folder isn't in the Deleted Items folder or some other older then you permanently deleted it (by using Shift+Del or deleting it from the Deleted Items folder). Use your backups to restore the .pst file. If you don't backup regularly then you deem your data as worthless or reproducible. |
