From: Søren on 8 Jun 2010 04:12 This is a silly problem, but a serious one non the less I am working for a customer using SAS DI Studio. I have no access to SAS proper, so I make heave use of the source editor in SAS DI. Somehow I have hidden the log window for the source editor window, and I can't get it back. I've trie uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and I have poke around the registry to find someway to reset the installation. I know of the "show log tab" option, but that applies to process designer, not the source editor. Have any of you had the same problem, and perhaps know of a solution? Thanks /Soren
From: bigd on 8 Jun 2010 18:10 not a great suggestion this, but if all else fails try using proc printto and point the log somewhere else (google the syntax, it's pretty easy). That way you can at least see what's been run. --- frmsrcurl: http://compgroups.net/comp.soft-sys.sas/Lost-my-log-tab-in-SAS-DI-Studio

I've started a dummy job, and use the source window in that for testing my scripts. Its a solution, allthough not a good one ;) /Soren
