If so, remove it and use IE7 or switch to firefox. IE8 has way too many problems on XP to bother with.

Download a fresh copy of RASDLG.DLL (various places on the web) 3. Put it in your C:\Windows\System32\ folder, replacing whatever's there If that doesn't work... 4. At a command prompt, navigate to the above folder and type REGSVR32 rasdlg.dll
