From: JimJ on 20 Nov 2009 00:30 I converted a MOV file to AVI using Format Factory and imported it to MM. MM automatically shutdown/closedthe moment I dragged the file to the timeline. I did this a few times with the same results. By the way, when I used other original AVI files they worked fine. Anyone encountered similar issue or has a workaround? Thanks.

From: JimJ on 23 Nov 2009 19:48 Converting to the .wmv format works just fine. MM did not shutdown. When I tried to drag the .AVI format after the .wmv video on the same timeline, MM shutdown again. Therefore, no Format Factory converted .AVI for me in MM. Thanks John for your reply.
