I have a problem with page permissions for anonymous users.
My pages are posted and published under "Pages" in a Sharepoint site. They
are all visible in the navigation for an unauthorized/anonymous user. But as
soon as I change page permission of a page, that page is not visible any
longer in the navigation even if it has inherit the same permissions as the
rest of the pages. Any idéa?

Make sure you added "NT Authority\Authenticated users" to the Application
mangement -> Policy for web application page.
