When I use Add/Remove it calls the Accounting Uninstaller which then does not work - it runs but does not uninstall the program. I have tried the method in the KB article on this using control appwiz.cpl but this essentially calls Add/Remove and you end up with the Uninstaller which doesn't work. Anyone any solution for this.
