From: Té on 17 Sep 2009 15:02 I am working in MS Project 2007. I am using the standard calendar, but I have changed the working times to 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, which is equivalent to 8 hours. When I list my tasks and I have a task that is 1 day the start and finish shows Monday to Tuesday, which is 2 days. I went back to change the working time to standard 8-5, and then the start and finish day for a 1 day duration read Monday to Monday, which is correct. Why aren't my new working hours working?
From: JulieS on 18 Sep 2009 09:30 Hello T, In addition to Mike's great advice, I suggest turning on the display of your dates to show date and time through Tools > Options, View tab. It's likely the default start time of your Project is 08:00 which is causing the 1 day duration (8 working hours) to roll over to the next day. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
