This shows how to rewire a failed ignition system for this lawn tractor.
A 5-terminal 430-538 ignition switch is used to replace the 6-terminal
original ignition switch.

Remove the connector and rewire as shown.
A 12 vdc SPST 5 amp relay A is needed..

Run a wire directly from the positive terminal of the battery to T4
Run a wire directly from the solenoid coil to T3. The solenoid is
located beneath the gear shift cover below the seat. Relay A coil
can be grounded to the green wire on the connector. None of the
other wires on the connector are used. Use spade connectors to
wire directly to the ignition switch.

This bypasses all safety switches on the tractor.
