From: David Kennedy on 1 May 2010 08:41 My son has/had a 2Gb MacBook Pro - the 2Gb core due model. He has just bought the 2.4 i5 MacBook Pro... So, as I'm presently running a 1.67HD Powerbook with 4Gb ram and a 320Gb HD, the MacBook is 1.5 Gb ram and 80 Gb HD. So, do I grab the MacBook or sell both and buy something else? If I keep the MacBook, how difficult is it to replace the HD? I'd like to get at least 320 or so. -- David Kennedy http://www.anindianinexile.com

First generation I think the core due model before the core2duo type. According to Ifixit.com it doesn't seem any more onerous than the Powerbook was. -- David Kennedy http://www.anindianinexile.com

It's the same, yes. Cheers, Ian
