Hi

Are a couple of the macros in the Normal.dot rather than in your document.dot?

If so, they will work fine on your computer, but not on someone elses.

Also, could you clarify: "few of the macros don't appear in the form fields"

macros in the formfields? Do you mean as OnExit/OnEntry macros?

Macros do not appear in formfields.

" The templates work perfectly well until an edit is made to those fileds
that do
not have the macro in the Enter and Exit fields in the form filed pop up box.
"

I am trying to follow this. You now have formfields that do NOT have an
OnEntry or OnExit macro, and when you "edit" them - what does that mean
exactly??? - OTHER macros no longer work?
