When I paste my resume or upload it to Monster.com the formatting is always
messed up. How do I prevent or fix this.

Because it doesn't want a formatted document. What I do is to keep a plain
text version. I tweaked it to look nice and pasted that into the career
sites.

Convert it to a .pdf file using the free PrimoPDF if you do not have
anything else to do it with.

Doug - Most of the career sites give you a place to paste your resume into
their site. Sometimes uploading a .pdf just isn't an option, even that that
would be a good one.
