Hi,
My DC gone down.Now i m in the process of make my adc to dc for my
exchange2k3 will work.I couldn't able to assign FSMO role for my adc
to become dc.Could anyone put checklist for wat r all the things i
have to makesure.

Clarification of what your 'adc' is as Mark says is needed.

I presume you are meaning you have another Domain Controller? Can you
confirm this?

If you do, then other than fsmo role transfer/seizure ensure it is promoted
to a Global Catalog Server. Exchange will need one.

Perhaps we can help you bring up the original DC?

Please describe how it went down. These issues are not too complicated.
