From: Sue Hargrave on 1 Mar 2007 12:41 I would like to be able to send out a meeting invitation and not allow others to see who all has been invited. I receive an invitation from someone and when I look to see who will be attending the meeting it shows <Attendee List Unavailable>. How can I do that when I send out an invitation?

Attendee list unavailable is generally seen because of problems connecting to the Exchange server to get the free/busy information, not as the result of a setting on the invitation. There isn't actually a BCC for meeting invites. And while I remember from my support days that the customer is always right, I really have to ask... why do you want to be able to do this? Seems kind of backwards to invite people to an event where they will definitely see who all is there but hide that information until the event itself. Maybe if I understood the why, there might be a better way to go about it... -- f.h.
