I've never used any of it, or done more than look beyond the directory. The OP just asked "where can I get the SP3 CD", and I assumed he meant the ISO. The EXE form will work for installs, upgrades, slipstream etc. I downloaded the ISO for the extra stuff since I have good bandwidth and heck, I gotta put something on a CD and the exe takes up so little room, and I just might want something later.
