At least two ways: 1. Create a group by view that groups by the private field - drag the messages you want private to that field 2. Show the private field in a table view and enable incell editing. check the private boxes. see http://www.slipstick.com/tutorials/private/private.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "mcharron" <mcharron(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:ECC859FC-EB79-403E-A536-861D3E7085CD(a)microsoft.com... > Is there a way to pick several calendar entries and make them private > without > having to open each on individually? |
