Hi,

I use Outlook 2003.
I share my e-mail with my colleague. When I reply to an e-mail it gets
marked as replied. And my colleague also sees this. But when my
colleague replies to a mail from his computer with my account. It
doesn't get marked as replied. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Please help! My customers are getting multiple mails with different
content, and thats NOT good... :p
