Hi

I'm facing a weird issue, where in all (200) Outlook 2003 Users are finding
a unknown Name (example: John Paul) by default within “Mark my comments with”
under E-mail options.

Any idea how this got populated?



Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are your workstations setup from an image? If yes, did someone try to copy
a user profile to the "default user" so that everyone that logs onto a
machine get a set of default settings?

Hi Neo

These users Machines where setup sometime ago (18 months back), but not
using a Image.
Thank you for your input, I will try to get this information.
