Hello Members,


I tried to install MatLAB 2009b on my PC, as soon as i click on setup file, MATLAB logo flashes and nothing happens there after although Setup.exe is running in processes list


* Windows 7 - 64 Bit Ultimate
* Core 2 Duo - 2GHz
* 3GB Ram
* Intel G965 Motherboard


please help me to solve this. i used MatLAB 2009a on this same PC few months back and due to some reasons i got to get new disk.
