Please can you help me how can I merge all the excel files to a new
different worksheet named destination.
All the files are of the same format having same columns.

Hi Sanju,
Two options
1) if all the files are exactly the same you can summarize them in your
destination file
=sheet1!A1+Sheet2!A1...

2) see Ron macro
