The post to which I'm replying is a forgery which I did not send. It was
sent through frell.theremailer.net, with whom I don't have an account. I
only post through Computer Country (an ISP in Oregon) or (as is the case
here) rarely through my account with Eternal-September.

The alt.comp.freeware newsgroup is being flooded with forgeries. Keep
your eyes open for them by checking message headers whenever a message
from somebody seems out of character, specifically looking for
references to anonymous remailers in the path statement. Better yet (if
you can) set your news reader to flag (or better yet, block) everything
sent through such remailers.

sent through Google Groups. I also block as many posts from anonymous
remailers (like x-privat.org for eg.) as possible due to forgeries
posted through them.
