From: DonH on 31 Jul 2010 22:19 We are having a glitch with Windows Live messenger version 2009 on a Windows 7 Ultimate PC . The problem is only on one user account--other user account messanger works fine (on same PC). The error Message "A program caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will close the program, and notify you if a solution is available." We run Vipre AV software with built in firewall, and I have shut down Vipre, but same error message appears. Windows Event Viewer/App logs report faulting app as msnmsgr.exe and the falut module as WLDCore.dll--error code :0xc0000005 Any ideas???
