Is Microsoft .Net Framework needed on a file server that uses Veritas Backup
Exec? I have a server that is running out of space on the system partition
and am wondering if I need Microsoft .Net Framework or if I can just
uninstall it.

I will be moving to a different file server in the next few months.

If you have Net Framework installed is because something was or is calling on it.

BTW. Which version of Net Framework are you talking about
