From: Kevin on 9 Dec 2009 17:32 I have Office 2000 and cannot seem to install the Service packs for it. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate service pack 2 on the machine. Are the Microsoft Office service packs compatable with Windows Vista? Thanks Kevin

Did you install Office 2000 in Vista or was this an Upgrade. On the surface it looks like the registry entries don't exist. I would attempt Uninstall/reinstall of Office and then install the Service Pack.
