As usually...well, I mean you have to use their tools which are basic and
sparse. You can't upload a file or your own page...at least not a way
that I found anyway.

They give some templates for the site to choose from, you can upload pixs,
and then use their basic page inserts, some tables, a few fonts, make fill
and font color changes, text forms and not much else.
