I recently downloaded the Microsoft Solution Starter for SCRUM for Project
2003. We have gone through all the installation process twice (VB compile,
etc.).
When we try and use the scrum.dll we are getting a message that indicates;
"Scrum.dll is not a valid Office Add-in".

Any ideas on what we may be doing wrong or how to get this add-in loaded?

Hi Jim,

I've not heard of SCRUM - I suggest you try to find a more appropriate
newsgroup that deals with SCRUM problems, or contact the vendor.

Hi Jim,

I'm afraid I can't check the details as I don't run VB 6. I assume you
have followed the directions at:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa168500(office.11).aspx#officepjscrumtoolsolstarter_installingandusingthescrumsolutionstarter

I know you have posted to the project server newsgroup and I hate to
direct you to yet one more newsgroup, but try the
microsoft.public.project.developer newsgroup. Several of the folks from
Microsoft have been responding to some questions in that newsgroup and
you might be able to catch their attention.

I did a quick search on the MSDN forums for "Scrum Project" and don't
seem to have any solid hits. A google search didn't turn up any issues
I could see, but you may get some guidance there as well.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
