This is an article about how IE's numbers are going down the most and
Chrome's numbers are going up the most; the numbers which the article
cites are from a source which the article does not provide a link to.

This is that source http://marketshare.hitslink.com/report.aspx?qprid=0

However, that source's numbers aren't the same as those from other
sources. There is a wiki article which uses numerous other sources here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_web_browsers Usage share of
web browsers

One overview of several sources (including the index article's source)
might conclude that over the past 6-9 months that IE's share has gone
down about 9% (of itself) from say 67% to 60%; while Chrome's share has
gone up about 150-200% (of itself) from say 2.9% to 6.8%; and/but
Firefox's share has crept up about 5% of itself from 23.0 to 24.6%.

However, that being said, IE's share is *still* about 10x that of chrome
and 2.5x that of firefox. So, the 'real life' present day situation is
that a lot more people are using IE than Fx or chrome (or safari or
opera or all of the other browsers put together).
