Except that while introducing the new DC, all (including the new DC
itself) should be pointing to the existing DC (SBS) for DNS.

True enough, but with the FSMO roles already transfered the cart is in front
of the horse. Reps should have already been done, but if not, then baby
steps backwards are in order, including backing up DNS clients to use the
SBS server. Gotta get replication completed as DNS (zones) are included.
