server configuration --> mailbox --> server -> "Database Management"
tab (in the pane at the bottom) -> right-click on the mailbox database
and select "Properties".

You're not looking for the properties of the server. You want the
properties of a mailbox database managed by the server.

Nope. I said mailbox DATABASE, not /mailbox/. :-)
