I need interpolate a dataset that consist of 20 inputs of 100 datapoints, and next i will use a data set with 900 points to predict its value.

I need adjust the parameters for predict the value closest to the real.

I need to know the ranges of the parameters of rbf, or know a way to adjust the parameters.
