From: Dennis on 2 Jul 2010 14:31 I am, according to NORTON, missing two (2) drivers (Windows XP Pro, Office 2007): CLSID\{1171A62F-05D2-11D1-83FC-00A0C9089C5A}\InprocServer32 CLSID\{182EC0BE-5110-49C8-A062-BEB1D02A220B}\InprocServer32 Is there a location on the net where I can gather and install these (I've attempted MS - no help there). -- TAGDENNIS

What does Device Manager tell you? What about your system manufacturer (each hardware device has a manufacturer that made that device and they support it - not Microsoft, the *nix community, Apple, etc)? Did you recently install the system cleanly? Upgrade? Just visit the hardware manufacturer's support web page(s) for each device - or if it is a tier 3 like HP, Dell, Packard Bell, Lenovo, etc - visit their site and the page for your particular model and get all the drivers and download them. Microsoft is not your support for hardware drivers. -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP -- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
