From: CJB on 20 Jan 2010 20:52 Just found this - from the giffgaff help site. http://www.theunwired.net/?item=how-to-diverting-voice-calls-by-using-ussd-codes Not sure how it relates to incoming Skype calls to an S2 being diverted to '3's Voicemail service though CJB.

The page just tells you general stuff common to most mobile and landline networks and probably only exists as a vehicle for the adverts. (I suppose I could say the same about much the WWW, but you get my drift) AFAIK incoming Skype calls follow the same rules when diverting to voicemail as normal calls to the 3 number. If you want the ability to stop calls going to voicemail completely you need to call 3 support. -- Graham. %Profound_observation%

But what about loggin off from Skype (Skype / Contacts / Options / Sign out) on the S2; then maybe incoming Skype calls shouldn't be diverted to Three's voicemail? I can't experiment 'cos I've never actually successfully received an incoming Skype call on my S2 anyway. This featured simply does not work for me. CJB

What do you hear when you make a call to the S2 from a different Skype account? Come to think of it I was presently surprised that I could receive incoming Skype calls on the S2, I don't recall ever seeing that in any "3" literature, only references to *making* calls. I hope it hasn't been knobbled in ver. BREW 3.81.0.0, looking round the forums etc. I can find no evidence that they have. When I call the phone for the first time for a while, I get a long silence before it rings. Subsequent calls connect instantly. Is as if the system establishes and remembers a path to the phone. -- Graham. %Profound_observation%
