I have inherited a SSRS 2000 server with permissions that look to have been
granted with not structure.

A couple of questions:
- there are entries in the policyuserrole table for users that are linked to
the catalog table but do not show up when check security on the individual
items
- is there a way to make a change a top level and have it cascade throughout
the structure without the need to make the change in each folder/report
