Is there a supported procedure to move the default profile path from C: to
another partition on a Terminal Server running Windows Server 2003 Standard
R2?

Short answer:
only supported during unattended setup of the server

Long answer:
see "User profiles are filling up my C: drive. Can I move them to my
D: drive?"
