Open the PST containing the contacts, calendar, and notes folders you wish to move. Open the folder, press Ctrl+A to select all the items, then drag the selection to the destination folder. You will need to display the calendar in a table view like By Category before Ctrl+A works. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

Use a table view (like By Category) then move those items the same way you moved your mail. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "Bangali" <bangali.doctor(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:e40c0835-af19-41a0-9306-25d497cb7c83(a)s12g2000yqj.googlegroups.com... > Hi, > I have create a new PST file in Outlook 2007.
