From: Bob Griendling on 29 Jan 2010 19:00 When you move emails from one folder into another in 2007, is there a way you can avoid sending duplicates? In other words, if the exact email is already in that folder and you try to send the same email into that folder, is there a way it won't move it -- or at least ask you to confirm -- if the exact email is already there. I'm assuming Outlook can determine it's the exact email by title and date stamp or some other way. Bob
From: DL on 29 Jan 2010 19:55 No Outlook doesnt check if the mail allready exists And how did you get the same mail in another folder in the first place? maybe you imported from a data file? From: Bob Griendling on 30 Jan 2010 14:03 imported from a data file? Exactly. But after closer inspection there doesn't seem to be but a few duplicates. Thanks.
