I dumped it and demanded a refund. I REALLY wanted to like it, but it
just never worked. Took me 6 weeks to do a full backup, and it lost my
backup and forced me to restart from scratch 4 times in less than a
year.

I am now looking at using CrashPlan with a Drobo I can put in my
sister-in-law's house. This way I will have more control over it, can
do the massive first backup when connected to my machine, then move the
drive array there and do daily updates to keep a nice offsite backup.

I already have a Drobo here with 4TB disk. I can allow my sister-in-law
to backup to my array while I back up to hers, and we both get redundant
arrays to protect our stuff.

Both of the above products are awesome :-) Mozy on the other hand makes
me want to tear my hair out. As for Carbonite - it still isn't even
succesfully installed...
