Does NAV support one single instance with multi country databases? For e.g.
one instance with India, UK, USA database.

SQL instance yes, but different database for each different collation
SQL in the same istance SQL.
So if you want only one database is necessary use one collation and
not localized Navision but international navision. So this is for
Navision 4. And if you want for different country or different
Company table with the same data is necessary activate NAS with
special software that syncronyze between company or database data,
with setting that you can manage with special table where you can
write the name of database the name of company the name of table the
name of field the type of update that is necessary syncronize (modify
delete insert).
Remember that Navision 4 is not unicode and if you want use in
terminal server for different international setting.....but this is
another story :)
