Hi all,
I am new to MATLAB. I have some multiframe DICOM files for research purpose. I want to play one file, select a ROI in it. Calculate mean gray scale of ROI. Then copy the ROI position to new file and calculate mean gray scale again and plot them.
I am trying to do it but I think its a raw file how to display them.
Can anyone please help me.
