I'll be setting up to be able to install multiple versions later, but right
now I'd like to know if it's possible to setup different settings in
different configurations. Such as, configuration=test,
connectionstring=test_db, then in configuration=production,
connectionstring=prod_db.

Am I making sense and is this possible without a bunch of startup code?
