From: John on 14 Apr 2010 09:08 I have been able to create multiple flags of a certain colour and rename them on a toolbar. However, when I view items that have the follow up flag set, all items having a flag of the same colour are consolidated into a single group. Also, the group title defaults back to "Red Flag", rather than what I have re-named it to. Is it possible to create more than the 6 default groups in such a way that they can be identified as seperate categories in the Follow Up view ? Outlook 2003 SP3 Thanks, John. -- John Reynolds
