No, I don't. Remember, being polite can get you a long way. Not being polite can generally get you as far as the waste paper basket. Sorry, but there it is - most places take the attitude that they only read people's complaints as a favour. You have to make it easy for them - that means not calling them naive and not requiring them to watch your complaint as a video! I don't actually know what it is you're complaining to them about.
