SORRY. I MIS-IDENTIFIED. THERE WERE NO "MYOFILAMENTS" IN FIGURE 1
ABOVE. OBJECT D IN FIGURE 1 ABOVE IS ACTUALLY FOSSILIZED COLLAGEN
FIBRIL WITH CROSS STRIATIONS.
