what is the version you are using?

if you are talking about the sales transactions, yes please go to sales &
receivable (marketing) setup--> block ship when nag.

if not better to talk to your Nav partner. may be small customization is need.

Hi Roshan/ Nilantha,

I am not sure whether this was available in NAV 5.0 W1 Database, but it is
definitely missing in NAV 2009 and NAV 2009 SP1 W1.

I have been having this same issue with clients, care to guide where this
set up is and what DB you guys are using??
