Timer size choice is interesting :

16b timers in a 32b core just seems stupid, but 32b timers may have a
resource cost, so 24b+8b prescale
seems a intelligent compromise

No price points yet ? - but unlikely to match the
very bottom end LPC111x, more aligned with LPC13xx/LPC17xx
