Epson makes several ink-jet printers that will print on a (printable) CD.
We've used one (R200) for some time but it recently bellied-up and washed
ashore. We replaced it with a later model.

Further, you can get ink RESERVOIRS that connect to faux ink cartridges via
flexible tubes. You need never buy another cartridge. You'll also need a
chip-resetter. Both the reservior system and the chip resetter are available
on Ebay.
