From: Paul on 20 Oct 2009 16:48 We have some PowerPoint presentations (scientific posters) that contain smallish tables and text that are not easily readable when the slide is set to fit/fill the screen. We would like to be able to easily zoom in on a section of the slide with a remote control / mouse. (not the crude type of zoom that just enlarges the pixels in the display buffer making the pixels big and blocky, we need something intelligent enough to tell PowerPoint to zoom in a higher percentage on an area of the slide) -- Paul
From: Bill Dilworth on 21 Oct 2009 00:28 If you know the sections in advance, you can set a hyperlink to a hidden slide(s) of that area enlarged. Or, you can trigger animate "call-out type images" to come out, then trigger then to fade out. From: Chirag on 21 Oct 2009 06:41 For zooming into slides during the slide show, you might want to try the following: PPT Plex from Microsoft Office Labs: http://www.officelabs.com/projects/pptPlex/Pages/default.aspx ProTools for PowerPoint: Zoom feature: http://officeone.mvps.org/protools/protools_zoom.html - Chirag PowerShow - View multiple PowerPoint slide shows simultaneously http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/powershow.html "Paul" <paule(a)nospam-mindspring.com> wrote in message news:n_GdnftwWOisv0PXnZ2dnUVZ_qSdnZ2d(a)supernews.com... > We have some PowerPoint presentations (scientific posters) that contain > smallish tables and text that are not easily readable when the slide is > set to fit/fill the screen.
