the ethernet driver and video card driver are one in the same both
nvidia

im including a link to all drivers you will need to go to xp

i just uploaded them on rapidshare

just click link ,click on free user, wait for timer,download drivers

install every driver even if you think it already has correct driver

these work 100 percent and also these files were zipped up with winzip

but windows should extract them fine
